Resolving customer queries with regards to trouble shooting
Receiving inbound calls from customers
Updating the customer with new technologies
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensuring proper service provided to customer
*Eligibility Criteria:-
Graduate freshers
SSC + 3yrs of any diploma with
Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
Cab facilities
