ROLE OVERVIEW
•Wearelooking for a Salesforce Architect / Salesforce Manager to design, develop and manage Salesforce system across all business units / companies at PRGI
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Conduct high level interactions with internal client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
•Understand process flows and provide Subject Matter Expertise in Cloud Architecture
•Constantly evaluate business scenarios at the organization / market level and recommend enhancements or modules to improve business processes
•Work with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, call center management, sales & marketing, product development etc.) and develop approaches to tightly integrate Salesforce system across various departments(Lead requirement gathering sessions & technical design sessions)
•Work with various teams to setup analytics and reporting on Salesforce to offer granular insights on all business aspects
•Handlea team of Salesforce developerslocated overseas
•Manage overall Salesforce development as well as support
TECHNICAL MUST-HAVEs
•Certified Salesforce Developer(DEV401 (Developer) certification, DEV501 (Adv. Developer) certification, Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Certificationetc.)
•Must have End to end exposure of developing apps, deploying apps, issues and limitations with the SFDC platform, salesforce governor limits, and how to address them
•Musthavehands-onexperience on appslikeFlow,reporting widgets etc.
•Experience using Apex,Visual Force, SOQL,SOSL, Apex Triggers & Classes,Salesforce WebAPI & Apex web services
•Musthaveexperience in integrating Salesforce withvariousapplicationsusing Web services (SOAP,REST),WebAPI,Outbound/Inbound Email Services
•Mustlove troubleshooting, thinking of newbusinessscenariosanddeveloping Salesforce workflows
•Knowledge or experience of integrating SalesforcewithComputer Telephony(CTI)would be a big plus
•Big plusifexperience in migrating any other CRM toSalesforce
•Must have hands on programming knowledge ofJavaScript, JQuery
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
•Must have excellent communication skills
•Must be target and performance driven
•Experience of stakeholder management at all levels, internally and externally
•Prior experience with working on fast paced mile stones using flexible and adaptive methodologies
