Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for taking inbound customer service calls and sell our services
Advice clients on their future using astrological tools (Training will be provided)
Understand the customer’s query and provide accurate solution
View Information from various applications and update the records accurately
Desired Candidate’s Profile:
Good communication and sales skills
Basic knowledge of computers
Gender: Male or female
Language: Hindi & English
Excellent oral & written communication skills.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Being enthusiastic, ambitious and confident.
With basic computer skills.
