After School Program Coordinator
Responsibilities:
– Center visit for check after school program quality
– Assessment analysis
– communication with the teachers from all five center to discuss the child wellbeing
– Maintain and revise time tables according to the needs
Position 2)
community worker for community interface
Responsibilities
– hands on training to home visit facilitators
– Go home visit with the home visit facilitators
– work with community to derive social intervention according to their needs and facilitate it to create better community
– Come up with social intervention for semi street children
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work with a minimum of 1 year experience in the development sector, preferably community work.
* Fluency in English & Tamil
* Familiarity with e-mail and MS-Office
