Students would be responsible for charting out
Cash flows
Fund Flow
Financial statements such as P&L, Balance sheet
Financial projections of the company.
Calculating NPV, IRR (Capital budgeting)
Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree in Financial Management
Ability to work independently, as well as cooperate with others
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and ( SPSS/SAS optional )
Have a passion for finance and are interested in building their career in this field

Primary Responsibilities
• Conduct searches for profiles suiting the job opening through contracted databases
• Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates for shortlisting
• Co ordinate between the candidates and interview panels for scehduling of the interviews
• Co ordinate with external agencies for employee verification
• Roll out offer letters as well as rejection letters to the candidates
Requirements
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
• Ability to work independently, as well as cooperate with others
• Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a great attitude and be willing to help with a variety of tasks
