Job Description


Overview of the Role


The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for the Avanti’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth efforts to enrol the incoming cohort of students. The requirements, responsibilities and career progression are given below.


Roles and Responsibilities


• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails


• Understand customer needs and requirements


• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure


• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas


• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest


• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory


• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals


• Perform effective online demos to prospects.


• Manage the end-to-end administration of multiple selection tests and demos logistics across the year to test over 3,000 students.


Requirements


– Any undergraduate degree.


– Fluency in English, Marathi & Hindi are compulsory


– Strong phone presence and experience dialling decent no. of calls per day


– Self-driven individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for the education sector. Functional knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
