Achieving all quality metrics and Client Satisfaction scores

– Efficiently conducting Operations reviews with direct reportees & ensuring improvement.

– Formulating Action Plans & Performance improvement plans.

– Conducting team meetings.

– Taking care of appraisal and merit review.

– Administrative responsibility pertaining to Roster / Team & Staff Management.

– Liaise with HR for all Operational related issues, Solutions & Recruitment

– Cost effective manpower planning.

– To ensure the Team / Process complies with requirements- Manuals, Periodic checks, etc.

– Undertake Initiative to bring in efficiencies within the processes / services.

– Ensuring SLAs are met on a timely basis.

– Monitoring Adherence on the floor.

– Forecasting and planning in view of any possible savings, in revenue, in terms of staffing etc.

– Projection of any situation of possible contingency and application of business continuity plan and damage-control mechanism in case of any emergency.

– Ensure consistent performance indicators and cost models are applied as appropriate.
