Job Description
Build and execute a comprehensive regional sales plan after thorough evaluation of market scenario in the assigned regions with Divisional Business Manager.
Select effective channel partners (Dealers/ Distributors/ Retailers/ Chemist) for greater market penetration.
Ensuring execution of the sales plan. Identifying new avenues for generation of additional revenue.
Facilitate the training and induction of new joinees to field, working and company’s culture.
Managing individual performance issues on the field.
Maintaining required level of team sales skills and market/product knowledge.
Reward and recognition of the field.
Maintain Inventory statement of our products from stockiest territory-wise & procure them in advance.
Foster product/brand loyalty & market coverage through promotional events/launches
Convert hospitals in region to Claris Otsuka products.
Identify and sell CRC products and custom solutions to key account decision makers
Monitor Primary Sales & Secondary sales in territory
Negotiate successful contracts
Maintaining relations with existing and potential Doctors & Hospitals for continuous business from them and extend high-value added support both pre-sales and post sales
Provide post sale service to Doctors & Hospitals including in servicing of product line, plus regular follow up.
Monitoring the implementation of the strategies
Monitoring and feedback of day-to-day activities
Critical review of team on regular intervals
RBM will be responsible for west & north gujarat region and 4 ABMs will report to him along with their team.
