We Have Urgent Opening for Sr. General Manager,


Job Discription:-


The General Manager – Operations will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company,


planning & monitoring the processes and progress of the various departments in line with the strategies


setup, assisting in developing strategies for the core functionality. Managing administrative and legal


issues. Developing & improvising policies as and when required. Vendor Management and collaboration


/partnership agreement/contract formulation in consultation with department heads.


Develop an understanding of the business model and comprehend.


Reporting to the CEO and serving as a member of the Management Team. This position’s primary


responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organizations


financial and operations functions.


Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and


implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.


Duties and responsibilities


Coordination and Supervision – Coordinate, manage and monitor the working of various


departments.


Financial – Review financial estimates, budgets, commercials. Utilize financial data to improve efficiency.


Prepare and control operational budgets. Recommend effective strategies.


Best Practices – Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and


implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor


adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.


Human Resources – Completely Plan Strategies in recruitment and placement of required staff and


monitor various activities involved e.g, vendor engagement contracts, deliverables, etc


Communication – Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, HR,


Accounts and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions.


Strategic Input – Liaison with Board and CEO. Assist in the development of strategic plans for


operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.


– Oversee and suggest for various organizational policies. Handling critical situation and exigencies.


Security & discipline: Monitor the code of ethics, supervise various HR issues to maintain discipline


and decorum of the company.


Admin & Legal: Manage and handle various administrative operations and legal matters, pro actively.


Ensure the deadlines are met for the smooth and streamlined functioning of the company.

Requirements


Skills Required:


 Strategic Management/ Operations Management Professional with an experience of 7 – 10 year


 Ex- Defense Personnel with an experience in Private Corporate industry.


 Expert in agreement- terms and deliverable, negotiations, critical situation handling,etc


organizational effectiveness and operations management implementing best practices.


 Communication Skills – written & verbal and Team Management and adaptive to new culture and


organized


 Pro active and analytical approach towards work and situation.


 Knowledge of Labour Standards


 Knowledge of tax and other compliance implications of non-profit status.


 Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment


 Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization.


 Persuasive with details and facts


** Salary and benefits to be negotiated based on qualifications and experience


Experiance – 7yr to 8yr


Compulsory Note :- Exp. in HR and Admin work in Army + Retired Army Man (VRS 4 yr to 5 yr)


Salary – Negotiable


Location – Okhla, New Delhi
