DoorMint is an early stage seed funded startup founded by IITB and IITK graduates (ex-Flipkart, ex-Mckinsey and ex-Ola employees). We are changing the face of local services in Indian society by addressing various issues such as discovery, reliability, punctuality, non-standard pricing and poor service quality. We are leveraging technology to achieve better operation efficiency and utilization to aggregate the unorganized supplier base.
Key Roles and responsibilities: Creating exciting materials and design solutions that have a high
visual impact Designing and creating a wide variety of graphic art and
Producing designs for both internal and external communications
promotional material Creating integrated design projects across both online and offline
outputs Providing graphical support for Blogs, websites and social media
Working on presentations, leaflets, trade-marks, marketing
materials and banner designs Producing accurate and high-quality design work
Desired Qualities:
Analytical skills: Understanding of colors, style of type, photography and animation, text etc.
Creativity: Ability to think of new approaches of communicating ideas to consumers.
Software skills. Knowledge and experience in Photoshop and Illustrator is a must. The designer shall have an inclination to learn new and evolving design concepts and incorporate it with the business needs.
Team player: A strong team player and effective communicator to reflect the desired message through designs
