Coders start their career with a pay scale of Rs. 10,000/- to 15,000 per month. With little Experience, one can earn Rs.30,000/- per month and are eligible for other perquisites and benefits. Medical Coders with 2 to 4 years experience can earn about Rs.50, 000/- p.m + perquisites. The chances for them to get lucrative jobs abroad in US, UK, UAE are very bright.
